HTSM 101–102: Foundations of Healing & Anointing in Christian Ministry (2-Day Course)

Step into a Christ-centered, hands-on introduction to healing prayer, laying on of hands, and anointing—rooted in Scripture, practiced with reverence, and taught in a clear, supportive way. Across two immersive days, you’ll explore how healing ministry was lived in the early church, how it faded in many traditions, and how it’s being restored today with integrity and wise, grounded practice.

In this course, you will:

• Explore the history and theology of Christian healing, including prayer, belief, and laying on of hands

• Cultivate a steady “healing presence” through guided reflection and spiritual formation practices

• Learn anointing foundations and the use of nine essential oils referenced in Biblical times, with practical context for today

• Practice simple, safe, hands-on techniques that integrate prayer, presence, and anointing in a ministry setting

You’ll leave with a stronger foundation, more confidence in your next steps, and a practical framework you can use in church, community, and service environments.
