Your Instructor

Kate Brown, CCA, HTSM-CP, HTACP is the owner and Founder of Kate Brown Healing Essentials, a thriving private practice for humans and animals. Kate specializes in the use of Essential Oils and energy work for people and animals, through education, coaching, and personal consultations. She is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist who teaches Aromatherapy Certification programs for the Institute for Spiritual Healing and Aromatherapy. She is also a Healing Touch for Animals Certified Practitioner and Instructor. Kate’s online education programs include Animal Scents University – Species Specific Essential Oils Education - and Essential Building Blocks – Essential Oil Education that makes Scents, as well as many other offerings including the Annual Aromatherapy Retreat. She is the author of several books on using Aromatherapy. She lives in Utica, IL with her husband Bruce, their two dogs – Hudson and Gus and their two horses Boomer and Lizzie.
