This section explains what happens when you cannot attend a course after registering.
A) Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice (Transfer Credit)
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the class start time:
-
If you paid a $50 deposit, your deposit will be applied to a future ISHA course as a $50 credit memo.
-
Credits must be used within one (1) year of the original course date.
B) If you paid full tuition and cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice
If you paid the full tuition and cancel at least 24 hours before class start time:
-
ISHA will refund tuition paid minus the $50 deposit, and
-
ISHA will issue a $50 credit memo valid toward any future course (must be used within one year).
C) Serious circumstances
If you cannot attend due to a serious circumstance (such as a death in the family or sudden illness), tuition may be, at ISHA’s discretion:
-
Transferred to a future workshop, or
-
Returned upon request, subject to the payment method rules below.
D) Payment method rules and administrative/processing fees
If you request a refund instead of transferring to another course, your refund may be reduced by non-refundable payment processing fees (for example, credit card processing fees charged to ISHA).
In addition, the $50 deposit is non-refundable and is applied to administrative costs unless otherwise stated on the course registration page.
E) If ISHA cancels a course
If a course is cancelled by ISHA (including due to low enrollment), tuition may be:
-
Applied to another course, or
-
Returned upon request.
